​SFC Virginia is a foster-focused animal rescue dedicated to transforming outcomes for dogs and cats in Virginia’s sheltering system. We partner with rural and underserved shelters across the Commonwealth to provide lifesaving transfer, high-quality medical care, and home-based foster placements while preparing animals for permanent adoption. Through compassionate action and statewide collaboration, we work to strengthen Virginia’s animal welfare system and sustain a 90%+ live release rate statewide.
